Joseph Apisdorf is an associate in the Firm's Los Angeles office.  He is an experienced trial lawyer who regularly represents employers in federal and state courts, and in administrative proceedings regarding matters involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims brought under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FMLA, and related state laws.  Joseph also represents clients in matters involving complex business and commercial, professional liability, and real estate disputes.

Prior to joining the Firm, Joseph practiced in Colorado at a large national law firm. Before attending law school, Joseph was a research and development chemist and patented the innovative chemistry for a new rechargeable zinc bromide battery.
