Anthony Paduano served as law clerk to the Honorable Clarkson S. Fisher, Chief United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Paduano was appointed Receiver on behalf of the Securities and Exchange Commission by Chief Judge Michael B. Mukasey of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York Cobalt Multifamily Investors I, LLC et. al. He has been named a New York “Super Lawyer” (Securities Litigation) in 2006-07, 2010, 2013-23 by New York Super Lawyers ® and was the recipient of The Thurgood Marshall Award in 1998 by the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He served as a Member of the Trade Secrets Committee of the New York City Bar Association. Mr. Paduano is rated A-V© by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a former Member and Secretary of Regents of Georgetown University and is a Member of the North American Advisory Board of the London School of Economics.
