Courtney Iverson
Associate
Courtney Iverson focuses her practice on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on business and employment counseling. Courtney has represented clients before state and federal courts in cases involving breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, and other business torts.
Her employment practice focuses on investigating and defending against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and breach of employment agreements.
In addition to commercial litigation, Courtney has experience prosecuting and defending claims in FINRA arbitration and defending individuals subject to SEC investigations or regulatory charges.
Courtney received her J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where she was Roundtable Editor for the Washington and Lee Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. She graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Trinity University.
Prior to joining Paduano & Weintraub, Courtney served as law clerk for the Honorable William P. Johnson, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico.
